1440 North Dayton

1440 North Dayton is a 70,000 SF Commerical Renovation near North & Clybourn. The existing 1923 concrete manufacturing building was fully remodeled, preserving its unique vintage details. A new 12000 SF glass and steel 4th floor addition was added, set back from the existing structure, creating covered roof decks.
