When an empty-nester couple decided to shift from their long-term single family home in the suburbs to a downtown high-rise, LSA was asked to completely redesign the new residence. The existing 60s era xxxxSF condo's closet-like Kitchen, maze-like closets, cramped bathrooms and general utilitarian feel were completely gutted.
